Shoni Field, Principal
Shoni Field (BA Hons) is a writer, communications strategist and fundraiser who helps organizations build lasting relationships with their clients.
Before starting Lime, Shoni had worked in communications and fundraising for organizations such as West Coast Environmental Law, EcoJustice, the Arthritis Society of BC and Music West.
Shoni further honed her skills as a member of the BC Citizens’ Assembly on Electoral Reform, and as a spokesperson during the 2005 referendum campaign. She has spoken across Canada, and to jurisdictions internationally about Citizens’ Assemblies and citizen engagement.
She has served on the board of the Environmental Fund of BC and Happy Corner Parent Participation Preschool, is a Director of Fair Voting BC and a graduate of the Canadian Women Voters Congress’ Campaign School.
